Hookah was not working properly and looked much different than I am usually used to and smoke compared to other lounges. I suggested or requested more than 2 charcoals but the server abruptly, insisted I don't have more than 2 charcoals due to maintenance descent hookah quality, which still did not end up descent at all. Didn't even spend 30 mins before already leaving.

This spot 😍 The people, the vibe, THE HOOKAH, service and all of their menu items - they have a variety of hookah flavors and amazing recommendations ✨✨✨✨✨ Casual hookah spot - place to play board/card games with family & friends, place to work if you want to bring in your laptop, a place to just relax, have some tea and enjoy good hookah! They also do movie nights w/a projection screen!!! Love that! Most importantly service is ALWAYS on point! Everyone there is super polite, accommodating and on top of making sure you enjoy your experience! My favorite spot hands down! 3 things to know - it’s a halal spot so no alcohol (which I love), they do not sell food (but you can bring/order your own) & lastly, no outside beverages.

I had a great time with my family from out of town but the server had an attitude from the moment we walked in. We never been before so we entered and he walked up to us like 'Yea' I immediately felt unwanted but it was late so we carried on to let him know we want hookahs, it ain't fast food so obviously I was expecting hello welcome and to be seated. He acted very irritated the whole visit. I won't bring up the fact that we obviously don't look like everyone else 'skin tone' but if you rude at first then damn, I'm gone wonder, where's his customer service. The milkshake my sister said was great. The hookahs we ordered was great. Peach mist and Watermelon. Under $20 not bad. But no food No liquor literally just hookah, shakes and non alcoholic drinks. They probably wasn't use to seeing black people but at least have some respect and customer service. Then upon leaving as we're paying I HAND him my money in his hand but he goes outta his way to sit my change on the register, no thank you no come back just a silent treatment, so now I'm mad and I ask him, You can't put my money back in my hand, he said 'Oh' and put my dollar and change in my hand. Then told my sister he didn't have change so he kept her remaining change, like .36 cent, Owell she just let it go and left. I hate businesses that don't know how to cater to the guest. I won't be returning to this place ever, which sucks cause I actually liked the place but I just felt so unwanted only thing made me comfortable was the fact I was with my family who just wanted to have fun while in town. I really tried to like the place but this guy obviously didn't care for our money or tip that he didn't get because his actions were very rude. I wouldn't suggest if you want to enjoy music, eat, drink and have a good time. This place is more about sitting down having a hookah, chill, talk a little and leave.
